Enerdel pack voltage variations

Here are couple of photos of the nikometer with an Enerdel battery pack. There are 3 numbers on the third row. These are the maximum, average and minimum cell voltages. I have programmed the nikometer to invert the value when the difference between the average and minimu is more than 0.05V, and I am getting a bit more than that when the SOC of the pack is below 50%.

How much is normal? What kind of values do you observe on your cars?
